Postcard addressed to "Miss Olive Bickle, Cumberland, B.C." Originally from postcard album of Myrtle Rowe (1897-1913) which included family photographs, donated to Cumberland Museum & Archives 2013 by Walter Meyer zu Erpen in memory of his grandmother Eunice (Rowe) Fiddick (1912-2004) who was Myrtle's baby sister. Photograph was taken at either Cumberland Lake or Nanaimo, B.C.
Description
This black and white photograph shows a picnic scene at lake. People identified: Sarah Ann Bickle (1867-1943), Florence (Evans/Hathway) Piper (1860-1923), Edith Winnifred Bickle (1901-late 1950's), Edward William Bickle (1870-1961) holding Beatrice Mary Bickle (1905-1989), Eva Gladys Bickle (1895-1979) on boat, Olive Lillian Bickle (1898-2001), on boat, Edward William Thomas Bickle (1907-1997), on boat, and at far right Laura Elsie Hathway (1892-1970)
